I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for clients to unpack the sources of their distress. I offer a flexible approach to therapy, with both online and in-person 1 to 1 sessions available to adults over 18, from my room at Malahide Counselling & Psychotherapy. I also offer a free 15 minute phone or online consultation to allow clients the opportunity to meet me before deciding if they wish to proceed with counselling.  I qualified in 2024 and am now practicing as a fully accredited psychotherapist.  I work from a humanistic and integrative perspective, which brings together a variety of skills and different perspectives; this approach enables me to work with each Client in a highly individual way. I have experience working with clients suffering with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, peri-natal trauma, chronic illness, bullying in the workforce and relational trauma. I have a particular interest in the field of ADHD, and I work clinically with people affected by ADHD in many different ways - whether that is a parent, child, partner or sibling of a person with ADHD, and I also work psychotherapeutically with adults experiencing symptoms of ADHD; this was the focus of my MA research project. I work with clients in both a long-term and short-term capacity, as each individual requires. I provide short term counselling and longer term psychotherapy depending on client need.
