CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy €55
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) aims to help you to change the way that you think, feel and behave. It is used as a treatment for various mental health and physical problems.  Our cognitive processes are our thoughts which include our ideas, mental images, beliefs and attitudes. Cognitive therapy is based on the principle that certain ways of thinking can trigger, or fuel, certain health problems. For example, anxiety, depression, phobias, etc, but there are others, including physical problems. Emer helps you to understand your current thought patterns. In particular, to identify any harmful, unhelpful, and false ideas or thoughts which you have that can trigger your health problem, or make it worse. The aim is then to change your ways of thinking to avoid these ideas. Also, to help your thought patterns to be more realistic and helpful.
Deep Tissue Massage up to €60
What is Deep Tissue Massage? Deep tissue massage works to relieve severe tension in the muscle and focuses on deeper layers of muscles. It is not unlike the classic massage but uses slower movement and deeper pressure, really concentrating on areas of pain and tension. What happens during Deep Tissue Massage? Similar to a massage, clients will be on the massage couch. Towels will be used to cover the client and only the area of the body being worked on will be exposed at any one time. The therapist will carry out several deep tissue techniques using hands, knuckles and elbows, checking with the client at all times that the pressure is ok.
