Physical Therapy Clinic Physical Therapy is a hands on Holistic treatment where the therapist will look at the WHOLE body to find out where problems are arising in the body. Your treatment will comprise of a full medical history, followed by a postural assessment and a physical assessment. All of this information will be compiled to put together a treatment plan.

Grafton St Physio clinic is located in the Heart of Dublin 2 and offers quality, one to one physiotherapy services.  Back care, neck, sports injuries, sprains and strains.  Any muskuloskeletal condition can be treated.  We do prescribe custom orthotics as well for those who need them.

Your neuro - muscular system helps to control functional movement of our body, you may not necessarily be in pain, but may have changes in sensation such as dizziness, burning, nausea, shooting pain, pins & needles, numbness and many other symptoms. Neuro - Muscular rehabilitation is a manual non-pharmacological treatment and can be combined with Frequency Specific Microcurrent (an evidence based therapy using a current which is the same kind of current your body  produces on its own within each cell) tapping into the frequencies of each cell can effectively create beneficial changes in symptoms enhancing overall health and healing of the tissues. My intention is not to run a conveyor belt chiropractic practice. Rather, I aim to create an atmosphere of trust through a confident, friendly approach, giving time to listen, advise and treat, therefore providing a safe and natural health are for the whole family. This will lead to a long relationship between patient and doctor. I treat every patient in the way that I would want to be treated myself, and I always remember and respect the fact that you have put your trust in me.The clinic is situated on the ground floor for easy accessibility and there is plenty of car parking. Appointments are available out of normal working hours as well as on Saturdays.Every new patient that attends the clinic will receive a follow up courtesy call, usually within 24 hours of their first appointment, to make sure any questions or queries are answered. Aine O'Meara is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) degree .She completed a Diploma in Higher Health Care in U.C.D and is a licensed Acupuncturist. Aine has also completed numerous post graduate courses in Manual therapy, Sports therapy and Women's health. Aine is also qualified in Deep dry needling and Orthotic prescription. Raheen Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic was opened in Oct by Aine O Meara and is located near Raheen Church on the Ballycummin Road. Cormac O'Shea is a Chartered Physiotherapist. He graduated from Kings College London and went on to spend years working within the NHS in London, alongside part time work with Crystal Palace football club. Cormac completed his undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science, prior to his Masters Degree in Physiotherapy . Post graduation Cormac has completed APPI pilates courses, he is a qualified Yoga teacher and has completed courses in Dry Needling, Mulligans Manual Therapy techniques and Neuro Orthopaedic Institute courses. He is a keen soccer player, trail runner and all around outdoor enthusiast. Cormac recognises the importance of not only providing symptom relief but encouraging life long health and wellbeing.
