Johanna Chenot is a IFEC (Franco-European Chiropractic Institut) qualified chiropractor. She spent more than 5 years studying and gained the practical knowledge and skills on how to manage different pathologies in relation to the neuro-musculo-skeletal system. Her studies incorporated an holistic approach to natural healthcare and she subsequently completed an 18 month interneship at a Clinic closely associated to her University.
From a young age, she always had a strong interest in the physical sciences, and when her cousin was treated by a Chiropractor and was greatly helped in his own Sports Practice, she decided to try it herself and it has been a revelation.
Johanna concluded, that holistically analysing and treating the body as a whole, seemed to be the best method of helping people to naturally maintain their physical health and achieve their best possible performance and well being.
How she can help you ?
Imagine a plant growing in the ground. If rocks or stones are present, it will struggle to survive. But when the rocks and stones are removed, the plant will thrive.
In Chiropractic, the structure of the body can be viewed in a similar way, except that the “rocks or stones” would be called “interferences”, that may contribute to both physical and mental stress and trauma, repetitive motion difficulties, and the regular functioning of the body.
To relieve these interferences, Johanna mainly works with diversified, AK, COX, Thompson, Gonstead and sacro-occipital techniques.
The benefits are many and varied and include: reduced physical pain, increase range of motion, a more efficient nervous system and an overall improved feeling of wellness.
Chiropractic is not about treating symptoms, it’s about pursuing natural health through natural healthcare.
