Our journey with Pelargos, Dr Karpouzis & his team has been an absolute dream. It started totally by luck as we were picked as winners for treatment with Pelargos, back at the end of 2022. Something I still can’t believe I won. From those initial phone calls with Dr Karpouzis, to where we are now is just amazing. Before finding out about Pelargos, my partner and I were feeling pretty hopeless after such a bad experience in the UK/Ireland. Dr Karpouzis is something special and he doesn’t realise how people in our position value him, and his team. What he has done for us in just over a year is something I will cherish forever. I wish I could let every single person who is feeling lost on this journey know about Pelargos because no matter what comes of it, you know you will be given the best chance and care there is. I’m still pinching myself and counting my blessings, but honestly, without a shadow of a doubt, Pelargos IVF is always the right choice.

The doctor was amazing and very kind. Amid the language barrier she ensure I was given a the opportunity to speak with an interpreter. Hospital was amazing and staff was very efficient and helpful. Person centre care was the core of the care delivered.

My Surgeon was experienced and skilled as I had minimal pain on my first 3 days of recovery. Nurses and the rest of the staff looked after me and the recovery process was easy. I highly recommend staying in one of the highly facilitated rooms in the Hospital, as it makes the whole recovery process painless. On my 7th day of recovery, I stopped taking any painkillers: I have had the best experience ever at Buyuk Anadolu Hospital.

Dr Bazeos was excellent from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Extremely professional, great bedside manner, caring and thorough. We could not have asked for a better surgeon. I had a tubal ligation reversal and Plasma ovarian therapy done by Prof. Dr Aysel Uysal a few days ago. I travelled from the UK, and she found me a female taxi driver prior to leaving the UK, who was very reliable also. I arrived at the hospital, Dr Usyal arranged it late in the evening, it was very clean, and the staff were excellent. Dr Usyal arrived around 8 am, explained the procedure to me in brilliant English and took me for a scan prior to the surgery. I was taken to the operating room, which was clean and professional, and she had about 4 attendants who were excellent at their job. I woke up in my room and not long after, the Dr came to see me and explained how the surgery went. She did an amazing Job and the surgery was successful. Dr Aysul visited me again the following day at the hospital and prescribed me some medications before she discharged me. Even after discharge, she still kept in contact with me while I was recovering in my hotel. I highly recommend her as she is a brilliant Dr, and an amazing surgeon and treats patients with so much kindness and dignity. I would definitely use her again if needed and have already recommended her to others I know. Thank you very much, Dr Aysel Uysal. I will forever be grateful for your expertise.
