I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. After having 5 unsuccessful attempts of IVF in the UK using my own eggs. We decided to use donor eggs from Cyprus working with our clinic in the UK and Cyprus. We were successful 1st time and lucky to now have a little boy. Everything was so organised and pretty much stress-free. I felt comfortable with everyone and it made the whole treatment plan a lot easier. From the moment I arrived in Cyprus, I had 24hr care and contact with the clinic. We were feeling so positive and relaxed. Our son is now one year and we are planning to come back to have a frozen embryo transfer next. Fingers crossed x

Dr. Harry is very patient, and he is very upright, almost answering every question. My email is full of Dr. Harry's emails. Moreover, he has not yet charged you a penny and is still very patient in helping you answer all your questions. I believe he must be an excellent doctor. At the same time, I feel that he is a very, very smart, sensitive, and intelligent doctor. If there is an opportunity to collaborate, I feel that he is extremely creative and able to flexibly solve various problems.

I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. Dr Onuma is a talented and caring professional with a demonstrably sincere and genuine interest in providing the absolute best outcomes for his patients. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. I am so grateful I found Dr Onuma. To date, the treatments and services I have received from him and his Nurse have been welcoming, supportive and successful and I look forward to returning for further treatment and surgery when I am able.

At the beginning of my IVF journey, I messaged several different clinics/doctors, as it's always good to have some comparison. From the responses I got, and after the initial message exchanges, it quickly became clear Dr. Bazeos would be my best choice - he always replied promptly to all questions I had, in a logical organised manner. There was no pressure to decide 'here and now'; I could ask questions and Dr. Bazeos always answered, even though he had no guarantee I'd choose to do the treatment with him! He also speaks excellent English, which was important to me. I had the treatment (IVF) in the IASO hospital in Athens. I was surprised how big and busy the hospital is. Sometimes there were small delays probably because of the number of patients, but it didn't really matter because I was on holidays anyway. In a way I was reassured I made a good choice - so many other people were having treatment at IASO as well! I had 4 appointments during the 2-week period of taking hormonal injections. Dr. Bazeos always answered all questions, even though sometimes he was super busy, and was always happy to help if I needed anything (e.g. finding medication). Then, there were the most important parts - egg retrieval, fertilisation and embryo transfer. After each stage, with every little success, I was more and more optimistic the IVF would end in a pregnancy. I was extremely happy each time I learned something went well, and so was Dr. Bazeos – I am sure he has done thousands of IVF cycles before, but he seemed genuinely happy for me & always wished me good luck. And now the best part – I am pregnant!!! 😊 It is, of course, still early, and I realise things can go wrong, but still… This was my first IVF cycle and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Bazeos. He is a very knowledgeable specialist & I fully trust his decisions. I’d definitely make the same choice if I had to do it again.

I am happy has I conceived after consulting Dr Ruchi Madam in Fertile Solution Centre. The service provided by the staff is very good excellent. We reached Dr Erhan from a friend who get treated him too. I had a fibroid and I was looking for a doctor who can do the operation by laparoscopy. Dr Erhan examined me and keep me relaxed, then he did my operation with laparoscopy, next day I was discharged from the hospital. I highly recommend Dr Erhan
