I had to have my lower eye blepharoplasty done in Phuket and had to have my stitches removed in Bangkok. After a bit of research I found the metro clinic and after exchanging emails and showing photos of my surgery, I felt assured I would be in good hands at this clinic. The clinic was very clean, and I received a very warm welcome. I didn’t have to wait, I was seen immediately. The dr who removed my stitches was very gentle and very thorough. He was patient with me and did an excellent job. Such a nice man and very good at what he does and the assistant was also very reassuring and helpful. They welcomed me with some cold iced lemon tea and a cold coconut (it was very warm outside) and I was very impressed with the personal touches. My 17 stitches were removed quickly, efficiently and carefully. I’m so glad I chose this clinic to have them removed and at such a great price. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful.

Dr Bazeos was excellent from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Extremely professional, great bedside manner, caring and thorough. We could not have asked for a better surgeon. Great clinic, I highly recommend. I enquired about getting a mole removed form my face which I have been concerned about for a long time, my GP told me it was cosmetic and to seek a private clinic. I was asked if I was comfortable to send a photo, which I did. Got a price and availability back within the same day, and was booked at the end of the week. Very friendly staff and doctors, I had a consultation with the doctor who went through everything beforehand, procedure took roughly 20 minutes. Had blocked left ear for a while and went to my GP and saw a nurse who said I needed micro suction. I chose The Nurse Clinic as it was local and upon just looking at my ear she said I had an infection. I was surprised as I was not told this by the nurse I saw at my GP. The nurse at this clinic was excellent and very thorough. She examined my ear and explained in great detail. I even got to see my ear on TV! I would highly recommend this clinic. My husband has had years of ear problems and he also was exposed problems so I told him to go and he had an appointment the next day. Very impressed he was.

I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic
