I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. I would definitely recommend this professional clinic.
After several failures in Toronto, my husband and I arrived in Prague in 2017 after our amazing consultation with Dr Mrazek over Skype. We decided to go through our last IVF in Prague convinced that we would only come back with the memory of a nice vacation and instead expect a child! The clinic followed us step by step before leaving, during our stay in Prague and afterwards. Our contact was with Michaela who I will never thanks her enough for the trust and strength she gave me by treating me as a family member. Not to mention she goes beyond her duties and her shift to help you and make you feel comfortable and always happy to answer all your questions. We were lucky to have one healthy embryo. We transferred it on day 3 and finally, our miracle baby girl has arrived with the help of an amazing team Dr. Mrazek and Dr Thomas. I found a place in Gynem where they still care about the success of their work and at affordable prices! The staff is prepared and considerate. Thank you! Prague is also beautiful! After 2 years of marriage life we came here for an egg donor. I have tried for IUI but didn't achieve results. Then we came here for IVF with donor egg. I was failed - my IVF didn't succeed. Whereas all my reports were fine. Don't know what was the reason of the failure IVF. Staff and dr. Tekin was good.

Everything went well and was well organised and we got the desired outcome the first time. The clinic is very clean and modern with excellent facilities. The staff and Doctor were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and always available to answer any questions. All in all a very positive experience.
At the beginning of my IVF journey, I messaged several different clinics/doctors, as it's always good to have some comparison. From the responses I got, and after the initial message exchanges, it quickly became clear Dr. Bazeos would be my best choice - he always replied promptly to all questions I had, in a logical organised manner. There was no pressure to decide 'here and now'; I could ask questions and Dr. Bazeos always answered, even though he had no guarantee I'd choose to do the treatment with him! He also speaks excellent English, which was important to me. I had the treatment (IVF) in the IASO hospital in Athens. I was surprised how big and busy the hospital is. Sometimes there were small delays probably because of the number of patients, but it didn't really matter because I was on holidays anyway. In a way I was reassured I made a good choice - so many other people were having treatment at IASO as well! I had 4 appointments during the 2-week period of taking hormonal injections. Dr. Bazeos always answered all questions, even though sometimes he was super busy, and was always happy to help if I needed anything (e.g. finding medication). Then, there were the most important parts - egg retrieval, fertilisation and embryo transfer. After each stage, with every little success, I was more and more optimistic the IVF would end in a pregnancy. I was extremely happy each time I learned something went well, and so was Dr. Bazeos – I am sure he has done thousands of IVF cycles before, but he seemed genuinely happy for me & always wished me good luck. And now the best part – I am pregnant!!! 😊 It is, of course, still early, and I realise things can go wrong, but still… This was my first IVF cycle and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Bazeos. He is a very knowledgeable specialist & I fully trust his decisions. I’d definitely make the same choice if I had to do it again.

Professional, very caring, very knowledgeable and compassionate. After a couple of years of struggling with infertility without understanding the real problems and failed fertility treatments, we had an appointment with his clinic. He took his time listening to our needs and medical records. He was patient with us, made sure my husband and I felt at ease. We had a successful IVF treatment from the first try!! He was very thorough up to my delivery, complete with regard to every detail. Always addressed our concerns, took the time to explain and answer all our questions any time of the day despite his full schedule, and gives accurate information. He delivered our twins safely, we couldn't be more grateful. The staff is always respectful and efficient. The clinic is very nice and well equipped, an in-house facility for laboratory test services. the equipment is top of the line. I & my spouse realised motherhood / parenthood is definitely a journey in life and we are really blessed to have Dr. ARCHANA AGARWAL and Mannat Team who all worked for the success of our treatment & delivery as our "FAMILY MEMBERS" throughout the journey. We have tried for IUI, IVF with multi speciality hospitals, multi chain treatment centres and all kind of possibilities for 6+ years & didn't succeed, also those time were tough & hard in terms of emotions and we gave up.
