Very nice and friendly staff and good service. I was very happy with the service I received.

I had sleep apnea and snoring surgery. I was very impressed with the hospital it’s better than any private hospital I’ve been to in the UK. All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had. After the surgery, I was well looked after by the team anything I needed they did. I would highly recommend, for the standard of treatment it was exceptional value for money. Appointment was on time and was greeted with a posted welcome sign and a cold tropical drink. The physician who performed the blood draw was quite skilled, barely noticing the venal puncture. Received the result the same evening! Amazing. Price was only USD17.00.

I was looking for an appointment in Greece even though I live abroad. Dr. Andreas has helped me tremendously and responded to me in a timely manner. I appreciate his behaviour and I recommend his clinic for all foreign patients.

The clinic got me in quickly for digestive issues and the specialist prescribed pills that helped immediately, so I am grateful for that. I had blood and stool tests done and it took a week and a half of me pestering to get the results by email. I received no explanation from the doctor about my results, nor a treatment plan. My question about how long I should take the medicines was never answered. The lab tests were inexpensive, though, and the nurses were professional and kind to me, as were the office staff. The doctor spoke English well and seemed very knowledgeable. If I were in Bucharest longer I could have pressed for follow up appointments. So, I have mixed feelings about this clinic.

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.
