As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his genuine concern for my well-being left a lasting impression. After five long years of battling infertility, our dream of becoming parents is finally coming true, thanks to Pelagros IVF clinic. We cannot recommend them highly enough. From our very first consultation, we felt supported and understood. Dr. Karpouzis was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the IVF process, putting our minds at ease. We also want to give a special shout out to our wonderful midwife, Sofia, whose ongoing support and care has been invaluable. One of the things that impressed us most was the short waiting list, allowing us to begin our journey sooner than we anticipated. The entire protocol was clearly explained and easily understandable, making a stressful process feel much more manageable. We are now 7 weeks pregnant and we are eternally grateful to Pelagros IVF clinic and the team for helping us achieve our miracle.

Usually I don't do any comments, but I need to tell you about Dr.Irem , before I go to the clinic, I was nervous, but everything turned out to be much way better than I expected. I was feeling uncomfortable in my daily life even, we had the consultation with Dr.İrem Yengel and she explained clearly the procedure but the most important she heard my own problems what I'm looking for. Now it's two months or more since I had the procedure, I wanted to wait till the full recovery to share my experience and now I can say that I actually got the result I need, and I trut is the bet for me medically too. I have just had Cataract surgery at the Esnaf Hospital and I want to express my thanks to Doctor Nazir E Demirci and her team for looking after me and helping me to get through the procedure. Doctor Demirci was kind and understanding. I also want to mention the translator Emre Can. He was so helpful and reassuring and made me feel relaxed and positive about the procedure. He checked with me that I was happy throughout the process. I think he is an excellent representative of how staff should present themselves within the Esnaf Hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who needs medical treatment or advise His communication skills are first-class. The Esnaf hospital is very clean and a comfortable place to be.

I had sleep apnea and snoring surgery. I was very impressed with the hospital it’s better than any private hospital I’ve been to in the UK. All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had. After the surgery, I was well looked after by the team anything I needed they did. I would highly recommend, for the standard of treatment it was exceptional value for money. I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! You all work very hard, and you all go above and beyond to make sure everything runs like clockwork. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

Mr Masood has been an excellent practitioner overseeing my care in both gynaecology and obstetrics. I had a very challenging pregnancy but was managed well under his care. Knowledge of my case meant that he made himself available for caesarian section delivery. Following delivery, he ensured that when there was availability, I was booked for a myomectomy. Throughout my care, I have been happy, comfortable and confident in Mr Masood's care. He is clear, thorough and an expert in his field. I would certainly recommend him and I would seek to be under his care again should I have any gynaecological or obstetric needs.

I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic
