As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. After five long years of battling infertility, our dream of becoming parents is finally coming true, thanks to Pelagros IVF clinic. We cannot recommend them highly enough. From our very first consultation, we felt supported and understood. Dr. Karpouzis was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the IVF process, putting our minds at ease. We also want to give a special shout out to our wonderful midwife, Sofia, whose ongoing support and care has been invaluable. One of the things that impressed us most was the short waiting list, allowing us to begin our journey sooner than we anticipated. The entire protocol was clearly explained and easily understandable, making a stressful process feel much more manageable. We are now 7 weeks pregnant and we are eternally grateful to Pelagros IVF clinic and the team for helping us achieve our miracle.

We had been trying for 5 years and tried the UK system first and felt like a chicken in a farm. It was very impersonal and commoditised. We wanted a bit more care and attention and as my wife is Greek so via whatclinic we reached out to Ioannis and what a revelation. We had his personal email and phone contact and maintained a regular ongoing dialog. We actually had someone to work with to discuss and find a solution as opposed to just selling us a package. Even though we were in the UK and Ioannis in Greece it was very easy to keep in touch and it was a partnership to achieve our goal, and not just a transaction. We had easter, summer and winter for our trips and IVF rounds, and on this front, the UK would have been easier, but Ioannis went above and beyond each time to try to find solutions that worked for us. We now have 2 beautiful babies (twins) and we can't thank Ioannis enough. Even if our latest attempt didn't work, we felt in safe hands with Ioannis and confident that he would support us every inch of the way to find a solution. You need trust and a true partnership during these stressful times and we couldn't have asked for more.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I had Gynecomastia surgery at this clinic a couple of weeks ago and was impressed, this was the first time I had been abroad so it was quite a daunting venture to undertake. The patient coordinator (Nikola) was brilliant! Helped me book the flights, find a hotel which was right next to the clinic and answer my countless questions. Overall the clinic was clean and modern looking, the staff were friendly and welcoming, yeah would recommend it.

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

Mr Masood has been an excellent practitioner overseeing my care in both gynaecology and obstetrics. I had a very challenging pregnancy but was managed well under his care. Knowledge of my case meant that he made himself available for caesarian section delivery. Following delivery, he ensured that when there was availability, I was booked for a myomectomy. Throughout my care, I have been happy, comfortable and confident in Mr Masood's care. He is clear, thorough and an expert in his field. I would certainly recommend him and I would seek to be under his care again should I have any gynaecological or obstetric needs.
