I have been extremely satisfied with the treatment and procedures I have had at First Health Medical and Skin Centre. Dr Fouzia Rizvi and Dr Jawaid are very professional, efficient and caring. I had a couple of failed IVF in London and decided to see Dr Stamenov from Nadezhda Hospital when he was in London for the annual Fertility Show in 2018 for a quick chat. After I spoke with the doctor I felt so hopeful and trustful. A plan of action (the tests and investigations that needed to be done) was in place straightforward and in 8 months the embryo transfer was done. I can't express enough of my gratitude to Dr.Senoz. He went above and beyond to help us get our first healthy baby girl. He also attended the clinic on a bank holiday day for treatment. After 12 years of infertility, 6 failed IVF treatments in the UK. A miracle has happened with the assistance of Dr.Senoz. I believe he is one of the best doctors in Europe. We had been trying for 5 years and tried the UK system first and felt like a chicken in a farm. It was very impersonal and commoditised. We wanted a bit more care and attention and as my wife is Greek so via whatclinic we reached out to Ioannis and what a revelation. We had his personal email and phone contact and maintained a regular ongoing dialog. We actually had someone to work with to discuss and find a solution as opposed to just selling us a package. Even though we were in the UK and Ioannis in Greece it was very easy to keep in touch and it was a partnership to achieve our goal, and not just a transaction. We now have 2 beautiful babies (twins) and we can't thank Ioannis enough. You need trust and a true partnership during these stressful times and we couldn't have asked for more.

Naturally, I was very concerned about having surgery abroad but the moment I had a consultation with Dr Bazeos my fears were allayed, I knew I had found my doctor. Out of due diligence, I had consultations with other doctors to ensure I wasn’t jumping the gun. That further cemented my decision and I knew I had made the right choice. I had a sub total hysterectomy - bilateral salpingectomy on the 18th April at the Nuffield Brentwood. I had been suffering with heavy periods for many years and my uterus was equivalent to a 22 to 24 week pregnancy due to large fibroids. Dr Masood, from our very first consultation was extremely patient and understanding of my needs. I came prepared with countless questions and suggestions and he listened, advised and answered all my questions. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable about the numerous questions that I bombarded him with. I was very confident in his knowledge and he explained all the various treatment options in depth. He also has an excellent team behind him who are very prompt at responding to any concerns or questions that you have. Faye Scott, his secretary, is always professional, caring and prompt. After my surgery Dr Masood visited daily to ensure that everything was going well, which it did. He assured me that if I needed anything else upon discharge, that I should contact his secretary. I did this a few days after being discharged and got a response from Dr Masood within the hour. I can highly recommend Dr Masood and his team. I also would like to thank him for being patient with me, for making this whole stressful process easy and for getting rid of the fibroids from hell. I will always be grateful. Thank you.

My treatment from start to finish was first class. The staff at the clinic were very professional and the clinic itself was absolutely immaculate.

Amazing specialists. I was with Sean throughout my pregnancy and was happy with him. Now mostly visiting Mark who is very competent specialist in all possible areas and always happy to refer for further tests to confirm or rule out a diagnosis or if patient needs peace of mind.

I had an early pregnancy scan here and everything went well. The friendly and caring welcome put us at ease from the beginning and the service was extremely professional, calming and hygienic. Dr Michal was very informative and gave great advice. I would recommend it over others I have been to in the area.

We reached Dr Erhan from a friend who get treated him too. I had a fibroid and I was looking for a doctor who can do the operation by laparoscopy.
