I made an appointment online and received a response within minutes of my request. Was able to see the Doctor on the same day as advertised. They have an extremely professional administration team. Dr Gill was so professional, efficient and effective. Her bedside manner is exemplary. The practice also did an electronic follow-up to check if my health was improving. I was very impressed and appreciated the gesture. Very rare to find care of the class. Will definitely be using them again in future. In my opinion a trusted GP practice.
Had excellent treatment on my chronic venous discharge and varicose veins by Dr Hatice in her spotless clinic in Antalya. I could not be happier and was back home in Scotland the following day with minimal bruising and no pain. I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic
