Today I came to the clinic mentally exhausted from a rough week & weekend. A warm welcome from the staff & nurses was the first thing that I experienced on arrival. Waited for 10 minutes only until I had my private conversation with the doctor (Dr Donna). We discussed my mental exhaustion and anxiety, I got a refill on my hormone replacement therapy and we decided that a facial pampering was the right way to go for a manic Monday ❤️. I had to have my lower eye blepharoplasty done in Phuket and had to have my stitches removed in Bangkok. After a bit of research I found the metro clinic and after exchanging emails and showing photos of my surgery, I felt assured I would be in good hands at this clinic. The clinic was very clean, and I received a very warm welcome. I didn’t have to wait, I was seen immediately. The dr who removed my stitches was very gentle and very thorough. He was patient with me and did an excellent job. Such a nice man and very good at what he does and the assistant was also very reassuring and helpful. They welcomed me with some cold iced lemon tea and a cold coconut (it was very warm outside) and I was very impressed with the personal touches. My 17 stitches were removed quickly, efficiently and carefully. I’m so glad I chose this clinic to have them removed and at such a great price. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful.

At the beginning of my IVF journey, I messaged several different clinics/doctors, as it's always good to have some comparison. From the responses I got, and after the initial message exchanges, it quickly became clear Dr. Bazeos would be my best choice - he always replied promptly to all questions I had, in a logical organised manner. There was no pressure to decide 'here and now'; I could ask questions and Dr. Bazeos always answered, even though he had no guarantee I'd choose to do the treatment with him! He also speaks excellent English, which was important to me. I had the treatment (IVF) in the IASO hospital in Athens. I was surprised how big and busy the hospital is. Sometimes there were small delays probably because of the number of patients, but it didn't really matter because I was on holidays anyway. In a way I was reassured I made a good choice - so many other people were having treatment at IASO as well! I had 4 appointments during the 2-week period of taking hormonal injections. Dr. Bazeos always answered all questions, even though sometimes he was super busy, and was always happy to help if I needed anything (e.g. finding medication). Then, there were the most important parts - egg retrieval, fertilisation and embryo transfer. After each stage, with every little success, I was more and more optimistic the IVF would end in a pregnancy. I was extremely happy each time I learned something went well, and so was Dr. Bazeos – I am sure he has done thousands of IVF cycles before, but he seemed genuinely happy for me & always wished me good luck. And now the best part – I am pregnant!!! 😊 It is, of course, still early, and I realise things can go wrong, but still… This was my first IVF cycle and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Bazeos. He is a very knowledgeable specialist & I fully trust his decisions. I’d definitely make the same choice if I had to do it again.

My appointment was the 18th Aug, took about 10mins + - , I initially came for 1 Laser treatment for my mole above my left eyebrow. I took a chance to ask Dr Baker if the quote was just for the one and he was too happy to remove all the moles on my face(11moles) and it was affordable. Lulu the receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. She gave me added advice on taking care of the scabs/healing. Both she and Dr Baker was extremely helpful. Sometime after my scabs are fully healed I will definitely be coming in to remove the marks caused by acne off my face. I already received a quote and in the detailed description, of how it will be done and the time it will be healed. It was quite easy to find the office as it's the first office on your right when you enter the office floor. I trust this review is helpful for all who reads.

My boyfriend and I attended for a gender scan for our baby. The staff were really nice and the doctor did extra measurements as well as the scan itself. The value for the scan is very good, and they went above and beyond. Atlantic edge was recommended to us through a friend and I would definitely recommend others use this clinic.

I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic

I went to Dr. Ashraf for IVF and gender selection. The doctor was very responsive. explained everything in simple terms to me. His clinic was lovely and hospital was well-equipped. I would recommend him forever.
