Very well. Good advise and follow up.

Massage €10  -  €80
Chinese massage is a form of therapy, which involves applying structured therapy to the soft tissues of the body or successively to the whole body. Chinese massage can be used to heal injury, relieve stress, manage pain and improve circulation. Chinese Massage can also be used to manipulate acupuncture points to lose weight, clear congestion, ease digestion problems and calm anxiety. Sessions typically last anything from 20 – 45 minutes and pricing is directly correlated to time.
Reflexology Up to €40
Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears that correspond to every organ gland and system in the body. By stimulating these reflexes, reflexology encourages deep healing and tranquil relaxation. This therapy is particularly beneficial for joint mobilisation, migraine, sinus, digestion, back problems and stress related conditions as it discharges negativity and stimulates the body’s own immune system for self-healing. It can also enhance general well-being so why not book yourself a treat and pop into your local Care Cure Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine for a soothing reflexology session. Sessions typically last about 35 minutes and prices vary with time allowed for treatment.
Acupressure €10  -  €40
Acupressure is a good alternative for anyone suffering from a phobia of needles as it follows the same principle as acupuncture. It works by stimulating the same acupuncture points on the surface of the body but instead of using needles, the practitioner will apply pressure with the hands. Acupressure is an effective method of improving blood circulation and repairing tissue damage throughout the body. Via nerve stimulation acupressure can induce relaxation and improve skin tone, ease tension in muscles and joints, repair facial lymph damage and generally tone the body. For this reason it is often used as a facial beauty therapy. Acupressure has also seen considerable success in curing insomnia, lessening fatigue and dispelling back and joint pain.

Rating from 5 Reviews Real professionalsTodor, Copenhagen, 05 Feb 12

After a serious accident I started having very intense neck pain problems. This wouldn't let me sleep or work normally. Right after the first few treatments I was feeling less pain and was sleeping better. With time the pain disappeared almost completely and I felt like a new man. The staff at the Abbey Chiropractic and Wellness Centre are real professionals and they really care about each individual patient.

Rating from 2 Reviews I was very happy with their treatment and their serviceDavid, South Africa, 17 Aug 17

The Sunflower Thai Therapy was a little hard to find but I was very happy with their treatment and their service. The Herbal Compress Massage I received from them was extremely helpful. The clinic was great. The lady that treated me was fantastic and their prices were quite fair and reasonable. I had no trouble finding the clinic so I feel the appointment was of good value.

Rating from 6 Reviews Felt relaxed and well after my treatment.Guida, Dublin, 29 Jul 15

I suffered from depression for many years. He was approachable, explained everything that I asked, and the session was very straight forward. I felt relaxed and well afterward, and It has had a great impact on my life. I find Mr. Anders a very good professional, helpful, easy going, and most of everything, human and honest. I attended at Mr. Anders house. I was apprehensive, but afterward I thought it was as good as. The space is nice and relaxing, and I was back for a next session which felt as good. I will be back to tackle my next rock.

Massage
Deep Tissue Massage From €60
Deep tissue massage is effective because of its technique - consisting of slower, stronger massage that stimulates deep into muscles. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia. In many cases, a deep tissue massage has replaced the classic Swedish massage in terms of frequency of use. Whereas visitors to any spa around the country may have traditionally sought out a massage that simply relaxed, now they are seeking a massage that also stimulates, conditions, and heals.

The communication and confidence she gave was absolutely great and also the therapy room was a really clean, charm and lovely space. Deirdre Casey Holistic Therapist

Rating from 3 Reviews Excellent from start to finishMairin, Dublin, 25 Jun 13

I went to Deidre to get some relief for my upper back and shoulders, which were horribly strained from sitting at a computer desk all day. She was excellent from start to finish. She began by asking me what the problem and she understood the type of treatment I needed. My back pain was alleviated greatly and I felt so much lighter and de-stressed after the treatment with the knots in my upper back totally de-knotted. I have been back many times since, sometimes for sports massages to deal with strain from workouts and other times for a nice relaxation treatment. I would highly recommend Deirdre; she has a high level of therapeutic expertise and great knowledge of the best treatment to suit your situation as well as a great manner.
