Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.

After suffering for many years with a herniated disc at L5/S1 and not being able to put pressure on my left leg, I decided to give non-surgical spinal decompression a go to see if it would help. I was assigned to Aonghu,s one of the therapists who initially explained the procedure. He immediately put me at ease. After the first session, I had already felt an improvement in mobility and less pain. I decided to do a course of treatment with Aonghus, and thankfully, it was one of my better decisions I have made, more mobility, flexibility and less pain. Initial consultation free, thorough collaborative chat and felt very at ease throughout. Had deep tissue laser therapy for post fusion surgery. Everything explained in terms I understood and even insightful. Scheduled plan (package deal of 6 sessions was very affordable comparing on google Dublin) flexible appointments & app: reminders. Excellent outcome for me (decrease in pain, mobility loosening). Have other longstanding issues that would benefit from John's input.John kinda gives you insight into the psychology/physical/pain perception /science of injury/issues (also with links) just helps to understand my own history with back problems. I felt very comfortable, confident and motivated as the treatment went on. He genuinely was interested in my well-being, encouraging me. I never felt rushed. He's funny and caring at the same time. I most definitely will go back with a separate issue.
