Hello,I am Laura. I am an ITEC qualified and registered reflexologist, aromatherapist, energy healer, and dance teacher. I help my clients and students to find peace and comfort within themselves by holding a tranquil space where they can feel at ease, access healing and release the chains of burden from this modern hectic life. We will work together to help you manage stress and anxiety, enabling you to thrive, enhance your resilience and move forward towards a healthier, more vibrant life.

We offer Reiki treatments, Reiki courses, Autogenic Training courses and Mindfulness Meditation instruction in a peaceful, safe and confidential environment.

Counselling  enables you to process those emotions and feelings that are holding you back from living the life you deserve. It is my job as the therapist to hold you in the heart centred space  while you explore these emotions and feelings as you speak about your concerns. By gaining insight into  your emotions, behaviour and feelings you will feel more empowered  to make choices that are positive for your wellbeing. I find that clients often come to their  first few sessions feeling  anxious  and nervous about  what is going to happen  or indeed what to say. I assure each and every client that this is common and I therefore endeavour to put you at ease as much as possible. Every client's story is unique and everyone  is given the utmost freedom to express without judgment what is no longer working in their world My approach as a therapist is integrative and therefore unique to each clients needs. My journey towards becoming a holistic practitioner started in France in 2002, when I discovered Reiki while seeking ways to relieve back pain after a horse riding accident. Having experienced such a drastic effect after my first treatment, not only on my physical pain but also on my mood and energy at a time of my life when I was feeling really low, I decided straight away to become attuned, so I could practice it on myself, friends and family. My second step in the field of holistic therapies took place a couple of years later, in 2005, after my work in the horse racing industry had brought me over to Ireland. Again by a weird turn of events, it is through my dedication for horses that I stumbled into a massage course. Seeking to improve my knowledge in biology to be dealing better with horses and not having found any training directly related to them, I had settled for a human anatomy and physiology course, which was coupled with Holistic Massage. Little did I know that it was about to change my life and career. The first time I held my hands on someone’s back to do massage, I was hooked. I finished the training as a Holistic Massage therapist, and qualified with ITEC then the year after studied reflexology  (ITEC) and Aromatherapy (VTCT).
