Rating from 2 Reviews She explained my back problem very well to mePhilip, Dublin, 30 Mar 16

I rang for an appointment & got one the following day, much to my relief. I had a lower back pain as a result of a joint pull around the lower spine area. This caused muscle/ tissue pain. On my visit to the clinic after a consultation I received massage treatment to this area to help the joint & muscles. I was also given excercises to strengthen this area. I received great help with just one visit. I found the therapist very welcoming & professionl. She explained my back problem very well to me. Using the exercises I was given over the following two weeks I am greatly improved .

Hi, my name is Rosaleen Dunphy and I am a fully insured self employed Complementary Therapist. I hold Diplomas in ITEC Holistic Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Stone Therapy, On-site Massage and I also hold a Diploma in Tuina from Tuina Ireland. In addition to this I hold a City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Teaching and an ITEC Diploma for Lecturers and I am Reiki Level 3 certified. I believe that Complementary Therapies are not meant to replace conventional medicine but rather work hand in hand to help speed up our natural healing abilities in our bodies. The Client is of upmost importance to me and I incorporate different variations of the range of Therapies that I have studied into my Treatment and I believe that this sets me apart from other Therapists. Whether it is an Aromatherapy Massage that you are looking for, I can tailor it to suit your needs by making a blend individual to your requirements and incorporating different techniques that I have learned e.g. using Tuina to clear Meridian or Energy lines in the body that maybe holding Stress. I often ask (with the Client’s permission) Archangel Raphael and Archangel Michael to participate in the Treatment as well, as they are the Angels of Healing and Protection. I am a Tutor with the Galligan Beauty Group in Grafton St and some of the courses that I have taught include the ITEC Diploma in Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology. FRating from 1 Review I'm a happy customerCarl, Ireland, 09 Apr 15

Groin injury I've been to numerous physios over the years and left not really satisfied with the end results. DK was recommended to me by a professional athlete so I decided to give it a go. Darren listened to my issues, made an assessment, explained the problem in an easy to understand way and set to work. I've had 3 sessions so far, my mobility and range of movement has far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier. Side note, the price is far more competitive than my previous experience with physio's which is a massive bonus. All in all I'm a happy customer.

Eileen is very friendly and makes you feel very relaxed as soon as you arrive. I chose clinic in Terenure as it is close to where I live and friends and my husband had been treated there previously with excellent results. ITEC qualified in Anatomy and Physiology, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage. I am delighted to share my passion on all things, Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Holistic Therapies with you all. For me, the name Lotus Flower in Buddhism represents Rebirth, Renewal and Resurrection - a chance to start again. When we embrace our healing by going into a state of relaxation we offer ourselves up for Rebirth, Renewal and Resurrection. We can thus face the world reborn, ready to take on the world again. I began training for another career back in 2000 in Reflexology, but life got in the way, and I did not get back to the holistic field until 2011. I began studying Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine with Dr. Vincent Carroll in Lansdowne College. I then approached Jenny Sheridan from Essentials in Malahide to study Anatomy & Physiology in the same year and I have been here ever since. Since I qualified in 2014 I have completed a number of post grad courses in TCM - A diploma in Patent Chinese Herbs with Kathleen Dowd in Newlands College of Chinese Medicine. I have travelled to Antwerp to study the Global Balance Series with the revolutionary Dr Richard Tan. I have also compelted Cosmetic Acupuncture with Dr Mei Xing. From a holistic side I have studied Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, India

I will teach you strokes that are safe and appropriate for you to massage your baby, so that you can enjoy it as a regular activity at home. The massage class which I teach was developed by Vimala McClure who is the founder of the International Association of Infant Massage and is taught all over the world. Why do a Baby Massage Class?Spend quality time with your baby learning how to give your baby a massage, and meet other local mums for friendship and support. What happens at a Baby Massage Class?I like to keep the atmosphere relaxed, so there will be low music playing and the lighting will be low. Each parent will sit in a circle on the rugs provided, with baby on a blanket in front. I, the instructor, will be within the circle with a life-size doll in fromt of me to demonstrate the strokes on. Each week we will massage a different body part and revise the strokes done the week before. At the end of the class we have a discussion and chat over tea and biscuits.- Oil andd towels are provided. - There are no more than eight parents - A handbook giving a pictorial description of each massage stroke is provided What are the Benefits of Baby Massage?1. Relief - may help relieve constipation, wind and colic pains.2. Relaxation- during the massage and also may help baby sleep better3. Stimulation - stimulating the muscles and nerve pathways.4. Interaction - great for bonding between the two of you.
