Acupressure €50 - €100
Acupressure is a good alternative for anyone suffering from a phobia of needles as it follows the same principle as acupuncture. It works by stimulating the same acupuncture points on the surface of the body but instead of using needles, the practitioner will apply pressure with the hands. Acupressure is an effective method of improving blood circulation and repairing tissue damage throughout the body. Via nerve stimulation acupressure can induce relaxation and improve skin tone, ease tension in muscles and joints, repair facial lymph damage and generally tone the body. For this reason it is often used as a facial beauty therapy. Acupressure has also seen considerable success in curing insomnia, lessening fatigue and dispelling back and joint pain.
Holistic Health Consultation free
Holistic medicine is now used all over they world. What this means for you is that each part of your physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions are equally important an imbalances in any of these areas can contribute to illness. Holistic medicine considers a person’s mind and body, diet and exercise, lifestyle and relationships, work and leisure, achievements and problems. Whether you have a pain in your leg, a headache, or are suffering from stress Chinese Medicine follows the holistic principle. Chinese medicine states that illness results when there is disharmony in the body, or when something is out of balance. The concept of organs is different to that of Western medicine. In Chinese medicine organs are viewed according to their perceived functions, rather than literal functions. In Care Cure Clinics we say that the enlightened person eats when hungry and sleeps when tired. This means living in harmony with the energy of the seasons and with the particular requirements of mind and body, which empowers you to influence your own health destiny.
Reflexology from €50
Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears that correspond to every organ gland and system in the body. By stimulating these reflexes, reflexology encourages deep healing and tranquil relaxation. This therapy is particularly beneficial for joint mobilisation, migraine, sinus, digestion, back problems and stress related conditions as it discharges negativity and stimulates the body’s own immune system for self-healing. It can also enhance general well-being so why not book yourself a treat and pop into your local Care Cure Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine for a soothing reflexology session. Sessions typically last about 35 minutes and prices vary with time allowed for treatment.

Acupuncture was very good for valueAna, Ireland, 15 09 16

I had 6 sessions of Acupuncture around August and October last year for fertility, after struggling to get pregnant naturally over 2 years. I can happily say that I got pregnant last December around Christmas and today is my due day. Although all my test came good, doctors only offered to put me on hormone treatment for 3 to 6 moths "to maximise my chances". It didn't sound right to me. Why a healthy person has to be on treatment? It just doesn't make sense in my head. I am a very healthy person with a very healthy life style so I was determined to try EVERYTHING but not hormonal treatments. I did tones of reading and research day and night about natural therapies, foods for fertility, magnesium supplementation, daily hour walks, yoga, temperature charting, ovulation time -crucial - read the book 'Taking charge of your fertility', castor oil packs, Preseed and of course Acupuncture (the needles on the lower abdomen I believe really help to keep things moving -totally convinced-) All of the above combined together help me to get here and graciously wait for my little angel to arrive. i will go for Acupuncture again to induce labor if nothing happens between today and the next 10 days and will use Moxa sticks if the baby turns breech at some point. Acupuncture was very good for value. I contacted Wholistic Wellness and start the sessions straight the way. Janette was fantastic, very approachable and very professional. The premises are very clean and tidy and the rooms are very cozy (soft music, nice scent, very relaxing, etc). I truly believe the Acupuncture played a major role in helping me to get pregnant - i have no a doubt! The treatment lasts an hour with 30 minutes of needles on and another 30 of whole body massage from head to toe. Absolutely super relaxing!! I wanted to stay longer. I even did a cupping session. I could feel the heat running my whole body like if it was really making my energy flow. I most definitely recommend to try acupuncture for any woman struggling with fertility (nothing to loose, a lot to win). Don't be afraid of the needles as they are really thin and very soft, basically, unnoticeable: you have to focus your thinking on the benefit you can get and not the discomfort they may cause you. Janette was very gentle with the needles and with the massage.

Each time I felt the benefits and happy with resultsSandra, Ireland, 02 03 16

I had several treatments for a different range of problems, from fatigue and stress to lower back pain. Each time I felt the benefits and was happy with the results. She is my first point of contact each time something flares back. Perrine is very professional, dedicated, caring and knowledgable in her field. She makes you feel at ease and listen very carefully to the symtoms. I would sincerely recommend even to whom has never tried acupuncture before.

Loved itAnonymous, Dublin, 27 09 14

Ana, my massage therapist, was so kind and knowledgeable. Her experience and intuition helped me to relax and get rid of that pain that I had in my back. I love when massage therapists are so present with you. It was certainly not a manufactured massage, but adjusted to my needs. Loved it!

A very good experienceBauer, France, 24 04 15

Acupuncture Treatment plus massage (back) I was in Dublin on the day of the Equinox ( Spring) and it was the solar eclipse at the same time! I usually have an acupuncture session every season. but mainly on the Day of Spring and ( when possible) the day Autumn starts. I was very much pleased with the acupuncture session. The doc (after having felt my Chinese pulses) found exactly THE points where to pick the needles. it felt very "strange" all the changes in the body at this very moment....... when it was finished I was proposed a massage. it was very relaxing and really harmonized all the energies that had been called upon.. I would recommend the visit of this clinic. to anyone living in Dublin or even visiting the country.. it's really a very good experience!
