I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I took my father to see Dr Lanka at Skin Sense Clinic because his hands, arms, feet and ankles were in a terrible state with raw seeping wounds and very itchy skin. Straightaway Dr Lanka realised my father's GP had been treating him incorrectly and his feet and ankles were in the first stages of ulceration. Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Great clinic, and very professional. The doctor can speak in English and give you great feedback on what you need. I went there for my mom's dark spot. They won't try to sell you expensive stuff, just what you need.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. Dr Andrea Ooi is a super-skilled and professional surgeon. She is supported by such dedicated staff who have allowed me to have a very successful operation. And I felt so supported prior too and have a well-advanced support arrangement moving forward; which will greatly assist in my weight loss journey. The hospital is well-equipped, modern and well-staffed. The hospital anaesthesiologist and assistant surgeon also very lovely, as too were the nursing staff. Came here to remove my skin tag initially, but ended up signing TCA and Pico Laser treatment as well due to the excellent service provided. Staff are very friendly and professional. The removal of the skin tag was done so quickly. Both the doctor and staff are extremely helpful with my TCA and pico laser treatment journey.

Actually, I'm thankful for Dr Sreelatha she's such an adorable person. She makes me more comfortable with Care and moreover, I can see my result on the table. I have to tell about nurses they are awesome on treating patients with patience. They always carry a smiley face with love and care. On the whole hospital, the ambience is excellent.

Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts.
