2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. Dr Ramie’s service is really perfect, his explanations are very detailed. He will only recommend the suitable treatments for me. He won’t over recommend. I see alot of improvements and will definitely visit more to get treatments from Dr Ramie. He is highly recommended to the first timer’s to Cleo. The nurses are very kind, provide good explanations and service. Very satisfied with the quality of cleo clinic.
Dr Andrea Ooi is a super-skilled and professional surgeon. She is supported by such dedicated staff who have allowed me to have a very successful operation. And I felt so supported prior too and have a well-advanced support arrangement moving forward; which will greatly assist in my weight loss journey. The hospital is well-equipped, modern and well-staffed. The hospital anaesthesiologist and assistant surgeon also very lovely, as too were the nursing staff. I came from Australia and consider myself very fortunate to have found such a great fit for me in finding Dr Ooi and her team. Actually, I'm thankful for Dr Sreelatha she's such an adorable person. She makes me more comfortable with Care and moreover, I can see my result on the table. I have to tell about nurses they are awesome on treating patients with patience. They always carry a smiley face with love and care. On the whole hospital, the ambience is excellent.
Cannot recommend enough. It has been well over a year since I went. I struggled so much with my anxiety for such a long time and spent hundreds on therapy. Hypnotherapy worked instantly and the difference is significant. If I ever have triggers or setbacks I have the sessions recorded and again they work instantly.
