I had a cyst removal done and it was very well done and wasn't painful. From the start to end of the process was very well done. Highly recommend.

I came to see Dr. Sam for advanced post-traumatic arthritis of my ankle. He was honest with me and guided me towards surgery, rather than recommending a procedure that would no longer be beneficial. I deeply appreciated this. He did a very thorough assessment and created a treatment plan for me that: 1. Made me lose 40lbs. 2. Keeps my recurrent UTIs in remission. 3. Optimised me for surgery. His staff treated me kindly. The facility is wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend this clinic, the physician and the team.

Superb Clinic, with Highly Professional Medical Staff who all speak perfect English, which makes communication absolutely painless. The Clinic is expertly managed by Dr. Donna & her excellent staff. My treatments were administered by Dr. Trisha who is extremely talented with an excellent eye for detail and who has a wonderful bedside manner, which is most important when putting patients at ease. I have been attending the clinic for many years and can highly recommend the clinic, its staff and services.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. I have been struggling with my weight since becoming a mom. I hit my peak weight at 82kgs and tried my best to bring it down to 76kg but plateaued for over 2 years. Dr Farah from Cleo Clinic really helped me find the best method to get back on track. I appreciated the fact that there wasn't any hard selling or pushing patients to go through treatments that we weren't comfortable doing. It took me over 6 months to get back to my pre baby weight of 62 kgs and I'm so happy with the results! Especially since we managed to push my visceral fat percentage from 9 to 4. Dr Andrea Ooi is a super-skilled and professional surgeon. She is supported by such dedicated staff who have allowed me to have a very successful operation. And I felt so supported prior too and have a well-advanced support arrangement moving forward; which will greatly assist in my weight loss journey. The hospital is well-equipped, modern and well-staffed. The hospital anaesthesiologist and assistant surgeon also very lovely, as too were the nursing staff. I came from Australia and consider myself very fortunate to have found such a great fit for me in finding Dr Ooi and her team.
