I recently visited the clinic as I was worried about a small mole. The doctor and staff were very professional. I had the mole removed and also had some CryoPen therapy on some skin tags. I had 10 stitches on my scull. I had them taken out. The operation was quick, sterile. I didn't have an appointment. Still, when I entered the house, everything was over in 15 minutes. I recommend to everyone!

I have seen two gps this week regarding my ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics then eventually an ear spray. However, my left ear was still very uncomfortable so I was able to quickly get an appointment to see Donna. I was so shocked when she let me see the inside of my ear on her screen, lots of build-up of skin etc still in there which hadn’t been mentioned by either GP.! Donna used micro suction and told me I must carry on with the spray 3 times a day for a while (GP had been quite blasé about me needing it ). I left Donna, who spent lots of time talking and explaining, feeling very happy and satisfied with the consultation and thorough treatment! Lovely lady too, will recommend her, definitely 🥰
