I took my father to see Dr Lanka at Skin Sense Clinic because his hands, arms, feet and ankles were in a terrible state with raw seeping wounds and very itchy skin. Straightaway Dr Lanka realised my father's GP had been treating him incorrectly and his feet and ankles were in the first stages of ulceration. Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have seen two gps this week regarding my ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics then eventually an ear spray. However, my left ear was still very uncomfortable so I was able to quickly get an appointment to see Donna. I was so shocked when she let me see the inside of my ear on her screen, lots of build-up of skin etc still in there which hadn’t been mentioned by either GP.! Donna used micro suction and told me I must carry on with the spray 3 times a day for a while (GP had been quite blasé about me needing it ). I left Donna, who spent lots of time talking and explaining, feeling very happy and satisfied with the consultation and thorough treatment! Lovely lady too, will recommend her, definitely 🥰

My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated. Following an accident in the mid-1990s I have had back and neck problems which have slowly worsened over the years, culminating in little flexibility and constant stiffness. I visited ACC for an initial consultation in March 2024 and had the first of an agreed series of treatments in early April. Results already show an improvement and the dull ache in the neck and shoulders has already greatly reduced. Communication, based on clear, straightforward explanations, has been excellent from all at the clinic, not just the practitioners but the administrative staff too. Five more sessions to go and I am looking forward to the results.
