Wonderful experience (treatment for wrinkles, fillers, laser and facial) we'd at the clinic. The nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very informative regarding our enquiries during preliminary messages. A big shout out to Dr Bas for his professionalism(not pushy) and patience when answering our questions/doubts. Last but not least, the pricing is absolutely reasonable. 5 stars service and big value for money. We will definitely go back again in May. I can highly recommend this clinic. Had a local anaesthetic and there was no pain at all, as the doctor added a 'buffer' to the injection. Shame the NHS can't do this. The staff are very friendly and the doctor was brilliant. Will definitely use it again if needed.

Naturally, I was very concerned about having surgery abroad but the moment I had a consultation with Dr Bazeos my fears were allayed, I knew I had found my doctor. I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

Seven years ago I walked into Dr Lau’s office since I had persistent throat pain. Dr Lau diagnosed advanced cancer and I underwent a robotic operation followed by radiation and chemotherapy. Although during this journey various other specialists did their part I chose Dr Lau as my focal point and main doctor. The reason was that from the moment I stepped into his office 7 years ago I experienced his very high level of expertise, enormous care and 100% integrity. I can honestly say that I have always felt very lucky that it was Dr Lau who was next to me during this quite challenging journey which will be continued.

The competence and professionalism of this doctor is beyond praise. With it, you feel protected from possible health problems. He is always attentive to patients and, if necessary, will always find the right way to treat.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.
