I am not the one to get cosmetic procedures...until I did, reluctantly. After countless consultations from the mid-level to the luxury, Medconsult Clinic was the only place that I felt safe, no frills, and focused on THE actual medical. I did my research, and found myself in an internet k-hole of botched procedures, haphazard, tasteless and unethical results. From academic essays, peer-reviewed papers, to watching how these procedures were done, I had my very long list of questions and paranoia. With not only Beauty, Grace, and Professionalism, the doctors' knowledge and advice welcomed such inquiry. Dr. Robinson runs a tight ship, and my god Dr. Tricia caps at nothing less than GOAT. Just looking at them: they are beautiful themselves, I trust their taste level. Alongside such a strong team, the supporting technicians and nurses are very comforting, frank, personable, and fun. I actually WANT to go back to get more done, just so I can hang out, learn, and have a good time. Thank You! Procedures: -Threadlift on brow and eye area, twice. Last year for the upper area, and 2nd time to even out my eyebags on the lower area. -dermafiller in the nasolabials beneath the alars to lift my nose for better breathing, and ya know...a more snatched nose tip. And it was all painless. Every time I leave the clinic, I go around the corner to a tea house and enjoy my results over oolong and hochicha ice-cream. LOVE U GUYS!

I had to have my lower eye blepharoplasty done in Phuket and had to have my stitches removed in Bangkok. After a bit of research I found the metro clinic and after exchanging emails and showing photos of my surgery, I felt assured I would be in good hands at this clinic. The clinic was very clean, and I received a very warm welcome. I didn’t have to wait, I was seen immediately. The dr who removed my stitches was very gentle and very thorough. He was patient with me and did an excellent job. Such a nice man and very good at what he does and the assistant was also very reassuring and helpful. They welcomed me with some cold iced lemon tea and a cold coconut (it was very warm outside) and I was very impressed with the personal touches. My 17 stitches were removed quickly, efficiently and carefully. I’m so glad I chose this clinic to have them removed and at such a great price. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. I first contacted Thornhill Clinic at the beginning of May regarding upper Blepharoplasty. I had a face-to-face appointment 4 days later. Today I had the procedure done. Absolutely delighted. I cannot say enough about Dr. Sam. After years of discomfort and embarrassment due to phimosis, I finally decided to get it resolved via circumcision. Like most men, the idea of having that type of surgery was worrying, to say the least, but I could not have chosen a better clinic to go to. From the initial consultation, Dr. Sam gave me incredible advice, outlining the various options and outcomes, and provided all of the important information that I needed to make my decision. He made every step completely straightforward and was on hand for any and all questions that I had before and after the procedure. Naturally, on the day of the surgery, I was quite nervous, but I had no reason to be. The procedure was 100% pain-free, and I was sitting up having coffee before I knew it! (Great coffee by the way!). I'm 2 weeks post-op, and the recovery has been a breeze. I have already recommended Dr. Sam to a few other people who are looking to have the same procedure done, and will continue to recommend him due to the amazing results and professionalism of all the staff. You've given me back my confidence, Dr. Sam, and I cannot thank you enough!
