Outstanding experience at Yücelen Hospital in Muğla! My wife Julia and I visit Marmaris every year, and this time we decided to go to Yücelen Hospital in Muğla for medical care. I decided to have a full-body health Check, and my wife decided to have a chest reduction surgery. Everything was organised perfectly — all examinations were completed in one day. All doctors were very professional, kind and attentive. Most of them speak or understand English well, so communication was never a problem. We were also helped by Ms. Rüveyda, who translated everything clearly into English and guided us through the whole process, from department to department. Special thanks to Dr. Sabahattin Yaser, who performed my wife’s chest reduction surgery — the result looks amazing and very natural. Also, Dr. Erdem Sarı helped me with my stomach treatment and explained everything in detail. After the surgery, my wife stayed in the hospital for two more days, and the nursing team took excellent care of her — always kind, patient and attentive. Their help made the recovery comfortable and safe. The hospital even arranged transportation from our hotel and back, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We are truly grateful to all the doctors, nurses and the entire Yücelen Hospital team for their care, professionalism and friendliness. I'd had a scab on my neck for a few months that wasn't healing. Closer inspection in the mirror revealed that this was no scab, it was a basal cell carcinoma caused by soaking up too much sunshine. I got a same-day appointment at MedConsult Clinic where a nice young Thai lady doctor confirmed the diagnosis and wrote me a referral letter to the hospital. The following day I was having it cut out by one of the plastic surgeons at Bumrungrad Hospital for a very reasonable price. The pathology report confirmed the diagnosis. I was very impressed with how quickly everything was done and I would never have got treated so quickly on the NHS in the UK. If I ever need anything doing in the future I will be on the next flight to Bangkok.

Appointment was on time and was greeted with a posted welcome sign and a cold tropical drink. The physician who performed the blood draw was quite skilled, barely noticing the venal puncture. Received the result the same evening! Amazing. Price was only USD17.00.
