Seven years ago I walked into Dr Lau’s office since I had persistent throat pain. Dr Lau diagnosed advanced cancer and I underwent a robotic operation followed by radiation and chemotherapy. Although during this journey various other specialists did their part I chose Dr Lau as my focal point and main doctor. The reason was that from the moment I stepped into his office 7 years ago I experienced his very high level of expertise, enormous care and 100% integrity. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated.
