From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The treatment received by me at Platinum Physiotherapy for chronic back pain, over a period of two weeks, resulted in the pain being reduced by a tremendous amount. Ms. Ponniah ( the physiotherapist) who treated me was very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. The surroundings of the studio in which I received the treatment were very pleasant.

After suffering from a trapped nerve in my neck which was causing great pain and badly affecting my mobility, I was able to get an appointment at short notice with BA Physiotherapy. Leanne there was amazing. She listened and understood, reassured and explained what had happened, treated the affected area in my neck and shoulder and advised me on exercises to do. I felt so much better afterwards and am on the road to recovery. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Andrea and the team. Very professional all round and are all very experienced physiotherapists with years of experience. I also thought that the charge for my consultation was really reasonable. Highly recommend!

I needed a physio to give advice on a family member who had suffered a serious break of her arm. Having previously been very active she had become bedridden. The physio did a number of checks and persevered despite the fact that the patient was unable to communicate. The physio suggested a possible cause which I believe is correct even though it was a surprise. The fee was good value and I intend to have regular assessments in future.
