From the welcoming receptionist to the professional assessment. My experience throughout was reassuring and informative. I appreciated the interest James took in my diagnosis and treatment plan. His knowledge and ability to convey it understandably helped me to accept what my treatment for the intermittent nerve pain in my leg would provide, and what I needed to commit to doing too! My partner (a sports therapist) has also had treatments from James and rates him highly.

I attended Lexden Chiropractic clinic with osteoarthritis right wrist. On Initial examination with a pain score of 8-9/10, I saw Sophie. She is very calm, patient and knowledgeable. She put me at my ease throughout the treatment. 5 treatments in and the pain in my wrist has disappeared. I can go back to cooking, doing housework, etc.. I hoped my wrist would improve but never imagined i would be pain-free again. Thank you Sophie for your professionalism, support and encouragement.
