Mark Gurden qualified from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in 2000 after a full 5 year course of study. He is very experienced and works in both our Braintree and Stansted clinics.

Mark’s interests lie with the treatment of acute and chronic conditions and rehabilitation of patients over the long term with the use of exercise and self-help. Mark is also a member of the British Chiropractic Sports Council.

Mark is also very active in promoting the Chiropractic Profession and regularly attends local meetings with the NHS, local GP’s and other professions to facilitate Chiropractic Care in the area. He has recently worked with the Department of Health on the development of a national back & neck pain care pathway. 

Recently, Mark was awarded a Fellowship to the British Chiropractic Association (BCA) and named Chiropractor of the year 2012.  He currently holds a position on the BCA Professional Standards and NHS Committees, and is a governor at the internationally accredited Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC).

Marcel Morelli is originally from South Africa and studied at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic for 5 years. He graduated in 2000 and worked within a large Chiropractic clinic in Southend-on-Sea, until he joined forces to set up Chiro Health Ltd with Mark Gurden.

Marcel is a keen sportsman and has competed internationally in the field of Judo. He has a special interest in sports injuries and often travels to international competitions to offer Chiropractic care to sportsmen and women competing in many different disciplines.

Marcel is also very involved with the North East Faculty of the College of Chiropractors which arranges further training and courses for Chiropractors to continue to learn and develop as well as to maintain high standards of Chiropractic care for their patients.

Rachel graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2008 following a five year degree programme.  She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA).  Rachel is fully qualified in Diversified Chiropractic.  She has trained further in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) and Acupuncture allowing her to adapt her skill set to suit her patients needs.

More recently she experienced life in the fast lane at Le Man 24-hour race where she supported a race team and 3 drivers with Chiropractic care through the  24-hour race. 

Rachel is based full time at our Stansted clinic and in her spare time enjoys horse riding and running as well as keeping her social calendar filled with friends and family.

Dan qualified from the University of Hertfordshire with a 1st class honours degree in Physiotherapy after a full 3 years of study.  Before joining the clinic, Dan spent a number of years gaining experience in the NHS working in a wide range of clinical areas including stroke rehabilitation, paediatrics, mental health, orthopaedics and musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy.  Having experienced nearly all aspects of Physiotherapy, Dan has been provided with the knowledge and experience to provide all clients with a high quality, holistic service.

Dans interests lie within the treatment of all acute and chronic conditions whilse utilising his clinical experience to achieve optimal results and satisfaction for all clients.  Dan is also qualified in sports massage.

He is a keen sportsman and for this has created an interest in rehabilitation and care of sports related injuries.  Dan is also a registered member of the health professions council.

Nicki adheres to the code of ethics of the GHR and is fully insured. She also has regular clinical supervision.
