Excellent. Halfway through training for an ironman distance triathlon I injured my back and was unable to walk without pain, let alone swim, bike or run. Following treatment and advice on posture and home exercises to perform, I was back training fully within 4 weeks and completed my triathlon within the cut-off time and not far off the time I was aiming for. Excellent!!
