I have to say this dentist is one of the best dentists I have ever visited and I’m so scared of going to the dentist, but every time I visit I feel at ease. I suffer from anxiety (but honestly the dentist Dr Aileen Shum) is so lovely and genuine. She listens to you and is so kind and reassuring and would do anything to help you relax.

I can not praise you all enough. Thank you for being amazing, I brought my children in today for a checkup, it was our first time due to another dental practice refusing to see NHS patients, and you were all so friendly and really helped with one of my child’s anxiety. Such a friendly team.

My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. Many thanks Neil - you are a Shining Star. I am grateful indeed.

I have been to Meliha a couple of times now. I am number 1 so nervous patient but I didn't need to be Meliha made me so relaxed and she is so gentle and very reassuring I recommend anyone that is nervous about seeing a dentist. Thank you Meliha.

I would like to thank Dr Ying Kin So for his dental expertise and for explaining all my treatment so carefully. He has given me my confidence back by sorting out my receding gums and restoring my smile. I required anaesthetic injections during my treatment but I have a phobia of needles. I had a bad experience during a routine ordinary cleaning at my private dental clinic, that made me look somewhere else The bad experience was good luck as I searched for a new place and found Woodbury. Had a full exam with dental 3D scan and saw my mouth on the screen with all the imperfections! with that, I was advised on the best treatments for me. I was expecting a wise old man, but the young professional has been trained in modern dentistry and the use of the latest technology available. It's like nothing I had before. Highly recommended.
