Took my mother with dementia had a tooth out, she was calm the dr made her feel secure. The doctor was fantastic with her the clinic was clean and the staff was warming and friendly. All the safety aspects were put in place for us and the dentist team. I am next to have a tooth out, nervous at all the doctor is very gentle and she is very considerate. Excellent.
Just had implants for 5 teeth. Treatment was thorough and professional. My teeth look fantastic and feel comfortable. Had my first appointment at Raby Road today, after some terrible emergency dentist visits. Kevin was amazing, I'm a nervous patient but he made everything so relaxed constantly checking in during treatments, I can't remember the hygienist's name but she was also lovely. They both listened, I'm so glad I've made the decision to travel for this dentist. Emma was also lovely and supportive
I have attended this practice over the last five years for general dental care and have always found everyone courteous and friendly. The service is very professional and skilled in a caring manner with consideration for the patients' comfort. Costs are quoted in advance and procedures are explained before and during treatment, along with any appropriate ongoing advice. Appointment booking is easy and efficient with helpful email reminders. I have always been happy with the treatment I have received and feel confident and safe in their hands. My thanks to all on the team for a great service. The dentist's chair never was my favourite place but these are my favourite dentists and they've made that chair far more comfortable!
I have been with Holly more dental practice. For quite a few years all the staff are lovely my dentist is very caring and tries his best not to hurt when doing certain procedures. I highly recommend. Them I wouldn't go anywhere else
