I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.

I had the pleasure of getting my laser treatment done with Minda. Appointments can be booked via the phone, if you leave a voicemail Minda calls you back asap. Their appointment times are so flexible plus they're open on the weekends which is great! She was so professional and the hygiene levels were excellent, all COVID measures were put into place to make sure my visit was 100% safe. She uses the latest technology - SUPRANO ICE TITANIUM. I've had some bad experiences with other laser clinics around the Midlands, that seem to be only marginally cheaper however the treatment was either painful, unprofessional or results were poor. However, this machine was literally PAIN-FREE! It feels like someone is giving you a hot oil massage. Minda is very thorough and she really takes her time - she does not rush the treatment. I had skin tags removed. I was treated by Fiona I had never been there before but felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Fiona was very friendly and professional. She treated my skin tags, which didn't hurt hardly at all telling me exactly what she was going to do. I would not hesitate to visit the Beauty Room again.
