To be honest, I was sceptical I would hear back from anyone, but his staff contacted me that evening, and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were incredibly professional and helpful and booked me an appointment the following day. The same was true of my actual visit. Dr. Dzepina himself was welcoming, clear, and very direct. I appreciated his help and insight, and so far his recommended treatment is going well. The clinic contacted me the very next day & within 2 days I got an appointment for a consultation. I attended my consultation which was easy to find with easy parking & to my delight Dr Pattichis was able to remove on the same day several skin tags around my armpits & some moles. The whole experience was done with professionalism from the receptionist Sofia, Youlia the clinic manager & of course Dr Pattichis herself. The clinic was clean & modern with refreshments & delicious snacks at reception. I would definitely recommend & return if needs be.

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
