From the moment you walk in, she is so polite, warm, and professional. She truly listens to what you want, takes the time to understand your face, and guides you with such honesty and knowledge to get the BEST results - not just more filler.

Her technique with fillers is absolutely skilful and artistic. So thorough, gentle, and precise - no duck lips, no pillow face, just that girl skin and perfect proportions. People keep asking what my secret is. You can tell she takes immense pride in her work and won't stop until it's perfect.

Her bedside manner is exceptional - I always feel safe, heard, and cared for. And her office also offers amazing facials! I fell asleep and woke up GLOWING like a glazed doughnut. I walked in tired; I walked out looking expensive, lifted, fresh, and SEXY.

I live in the US and travel to Colombia once a year specifically to see her. Filler prices in the States are unaffordable for me, and what I love most about Dra. Garcia is her integrity - she does NOT hike up her prices or charge me the "gringa tax" just because I live in the States. Same fair price, same perfectionist energy every time. I knew I had an upcoming trip to Bogota from NY and scheduled an appointment online exchanged emails with Sylvia and provided a few face photos. The office was very clean and comfortable. Sylvia and her assistant were very pleasant and Sylvia spoke very good English. Sylvia went over the previously discussed procedures one more time and recorded some of my info. The price for 3 treatments was confirmed and was exactly as discussed prior via emails. Sylvia showed me an unopened box of every filler and we discussed anesthesia. The procedures were pain FREE! Even in my sensitive areas. Sylvia is extremely gentle and accommodating.
