I had a cyst removed from my head, I chose clinical medica because I couldn't get this surgery on the NHS. I felt they offered very good value for money and this will now be my number 1 port of call if I develop any more cysts. From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.

Excellent well priced service - up front regarding all costs and procedures. Thorough approach, and very knowledgeable guidance. Have attained excellent results on hair reduction - absolutely recommended.

The entire process, from the first phone call when I spoke to Melissa and paid the £70. consulation fee, to when I had to cancel that and she offered to refund it. Instead, I left it there till I could find a new date but it was nice to be offered without asking. Then my first visit for the consulation; the clinic had lovely fresh water on the table, comfortable seating, lots of interesting information, and ambient and clean yet cosy. My consultation with Dr. Pradnya was different to my previous experiences when I lived in London as she is approachable and discusses options while fully understanding the concerns, (in my case marionette lines and crepey skin around the eyes). You learn a lot from your consultation and I went away excited for my booking. When I returned to have my treatment administered, Dr. Pradnya 'checked in' with my during the process, that I was feeling ok (she is very gentle and swift) and was really clear with directions. I had MaiLi to my temples and Ellansé for marionette lines. One side had considerably deeper lines and more laxity. I am amazed and so uplifted by how more more symetrical my face is as the sides were treated relatively to requirment. It's now 3 weeks and its settled beautifully. I have had some really nice comments but none of that suspicious scrutiny. Absolutely delighted. I went for a complimentary check-up this week, no charge and it was a pleasure to visit again.

Such a great experience. Both Dr and the staff were very friendly & are communicators. Dr explained everything thoroughly to me before he proceeded with what I was having done. Well informed.
