No more choosing clothes that wont show a wet underam.No more taking spare tops to work to change several times through the day.No more embarrasment when you offer a sopping wet hand for a handshake.What is [Treatment name removed]? [Treatment name removed] is produced by a bacterium and blocks the release of chemicals responsible for stimulating muscle contraction and sweat production.  It has been safely and effectively used for treatment of strabismus (squint) and blepharospasm (lid spasm) since the early eighties. [Treatment name removed] has been approved by the Medicines Control Agency in the UK for the treatment of strabismus, blepharospasm, focal spasticity (muscle spasm) and axillary hyperhidrosis (sweaty armpits!). [Treatment name removed] can also be used for the treatment of excessive sweating of other sites such as the palms, however, injection of [Treatment name removed] in this way is termed unlicensed use.
