I came to an instant laser clinic as a last resort. I had severe plantar warts on my heal. About 35 warts in one spot on the heel. I had roughly 5 treatments, once a month. I had laser at other places however the laser was dialled up for my condition at an instant laser clinic. The clinician said to me, “we will get rid of all them, we may need to hit them harder, but it will be a successful result”. The end result was a perfect heel. Yes, I have scar tissue but every single wart is gone. This is a professional establishment and although the treatment was completed 3 years ago, to this date I have had no reassurance. 100% success. I emailed Dr. Kent on Tuesday night explaining I had a milia on my eyelid that I wanted to have removed. First thing Wednesday morning I had an email back offering me a free consultation. I contacted Dr. Kent’s secretary and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Dr. Kent was brilliant. He explained that he could not use laser to remove the milia as it was too close to my eye, and he recommended another treatment which involved micro needles which would apply an electric current. I was very happy to have the treatment as I was very self-conscious and wanted the milia gone. The treatment only took about 15 minutes and I was delighted with the result. It was painful towards the end but nothing unbearable. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent, he was polite, he explained everything to me, answered my questions and put me at ease. The surgery and waiting room were bright and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent.
