I found Dr. Sylvia Garcia on the internet and was very impressed with the reviews. I knew I had an upcoming trip to Bogota from NY and scheduled an appointment online exchanged emails with Sylvia and provided a few face photos. I was impressed with the reply time and clarity of Sylvia's answers. The clinic was easy to find and I was called into the office at the exact time of my appointment. The office was very clean and comfortable. Sylvia and her assistant were very pleasant and Sylvia spoke very good English. Sylvia went over the previously discussed procedures one more time and recorded some of my info. The price for 3 treatments was confirmed and was exactly as discussed prior via emails. Sylvia showed me an unopened box of every filler and we discussed anesthesia. The procedures were pain FREE! Even in my sensitive areas. Sylvia is extremely gentle and accommodating. I had my plantar wart removed. Amy did a really good job, I barely felt any pain. It was an overall pleasant experience compared to what I imagined it would be.

I came here to touch up my dermal fillers after disappointing results from Croatia. I thought I knew what I needed but the doctor made a few suggestions and I agreed to his plan. I was blown away. The injections were not painful and I see no bruising. Afterwards, my husband said I looked fantastic ( he never notices when I do this elsewhere. I look completely natural but better. We spoke of his skincare line and were given full size sunscreen and cleanser. In addition, on the way out I decided to buy some serum and moisturizer and still came in what I would spend elsewhere. Honestly, an overall home run in results, cost and friendliness. Dr., I will see you again!!

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.

Everything went nice and smooth - kindness and professionalism were part of the deal. The only downside is the price - they make sure it catches you by surprise at the end (my cheek fillers were pricier than in my home country). They make you feel welcome and comfy, and the place is tidy and state-of-the-art. No pain at all.
