My partner and I attended two other couples therapists while looking to improve our relationship. After they who didn't quite meet our needs, we found Liz, who has been excellent. She was able to challenge us in a constructive manner, but with warmth. This made it easier for us to receive and act on her insights, even when they were difficult to hear. She offered the direction and structure that were missing in our prior experiences with couples therapy, allowing us to make real progress. Moreover, Liz took the time to delve into the inner workings of our relationship. Bernie was absolutely brilliant for me. From day one Bernie was very insightful and immediately understood the issues that I needed to deal with. I lost my brother to Covid 19 in the UK, last May. It was horrible that I couldn't travel to Britain to visit him in the 3 weeks he was ill. I missed being with my nieces & nephew during this traumatic time & especially when he died. I closed the house I lived in early last December. It was another stressful time. I felt my brother very near at that time. It was all part of a continuum of letting go. It was all about grieving. I was advised by a couple of friends to get grief counselling, so I made inquiries & got Rachel's phone number. I had my first zoom session with Rachel on Dec 22nd. I have had 4 more sessions since then. It was a little difficult zooming, I'd much prefer to have face to face live sessions but the Covid restrictions prevented that. I have found Rachel, very kind, helpful & genuinely interested in my journey, my story. She has also sent many helpful short videos which have been very helpful. I feel so much better since I began having sessions with Rachel.
Anne is a genuine, down to earth therapist who really cares about her clients. Honest and reliable. Highly recommend.
Really appreciate that I was contacted quickly after leaving a voicemail to fit me in for an appointment on that day which was badly needed. I had a deep tissue massage which was extremely helpful towards my painful back. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back very soon.

My husband and me both found our sessions with Pearl to be really helpful. After 39 years of marriage we both found ourselves disconnected and confused. Pearl helped us to both take responsibility and to try and work out where we were going wrong. Having never had marriage guidance before we were both nervous and uncomfortable.
