I would recommend her to anyoneDyl, Ireland, 21 10 14

I found Marianna very helpful over the two months (weekly) that I visited, I had very real mental issues surrounding school and she helped me work through them, I don't think I could have got through this without her help. The prices were very reasonable and I would recommend her to anyone.

Each session became more helpful than the lastMario, Ireland, 18 05 18

I had a hard few months. Struggling with basics and made the choice to visit. From the first day, we talked about all that was an issue to break me down. Each session became more helpful than the last. I was put at ease from the first session to the last.

He is kind and emphatic and able to gently challenge those resistant partsJane, Ireland, 03 07 18

I have been going to Allan for some months now for psychotherapy and counselling and he has helped me so much, to notice my blind spots, broaden my awareness, show more kindness towards myself and others and has contained my feelings throughout the many emotional breakthroughs. Most recently, he helped me recognize acceptance for a part of me that I still had shame around. At the right time he beautifully introduced and executed an exercise which had such a powerful effect on me and showed me the huge benefits of this 'shameful part', which are vital to who I am and want to be. I woke up the next morning so appreciative of that part and me as a whole, a feeling I haven't had in a long time. Allan is an experienced and confident psychotherapist, he is kind and emphatic and able to gently challenge those resistant parts of me for a change to occur. I highly recommend Allan and Kildare Psychotherapy & Counselling service. Thank you very much.

I found her to be very professional, friendly & caringOA, Ireland, 04 12 19

I attended Siobhan’s counselling service from May to August 2019 on a weekly basis. I went to her because I was going through anxiety & as I hadn’t experienced anything like this before I did not know what it was & how to deal with it! I felt from the beginning Siobhan facilitated a very open honest relationship in which I felt very comfortable to talk, I also loved the way she helped you figure out what was causing the problem without shoving her opinion down your throat. Once the problem was aired she then showed me techniques for self-care & dealing with anxiety which I now will always use. I can not recommend Siobhan highly enough, I found her to be very professional, friendly & caring & cannot thank her enough for helping me get things back on track!
