I had a hard few months. Struggling with basics and made the choice to visit. From the first day, we talked about all that was an issue to break me down. Each session became more helpful than the last. I was put at ease from the first session to the last.

Welcome to Haven Counselling, My name is Frank Ryder and I bring many years of experience to counselling / psychotherapy working with couples and individuals. Couple counselling : I can help couples and individuals with relationship problems such as communication, conflict, pre-marriage doubts, sexual problems, infidelity, domestic violence, decision making, and many others.  Typical presenting problems that motivate couples to seek counselling · ·Our communication is becoming difficult and is often negative and hostile. ·Attempts at communication usually end up in arguments. · ·We have a lot of arguments and bickering and issues do not get resolved. ·I feel so lonely in this relationship. ·His/her drinking is destroying our relationship. ·The tension is our home has become unbearable. ·I love my partner but I’m not ‘in love’ with him/her. ·We have been separated but we are hoping to get back together, but only if we can work things out. ·I am becoming anxious and depressed about our relationship. ·My partner is still acting like a single person. We have sexual problems. ·And many others It would be wrong to claim that counselling / therapy will resolve every problem but experience shows that when a couple or individual engage sincerely and honestly with the process then there is a reduction of distress and tension and an increase of joy and happiness

Its a process that allows a person to come to a fuller understanding of their abilities, difficulties, motivations or worries in conjunction with the therapist. Rating from 1 Review I would highly recommend Karen to anyone who needs some help in their lifeHelen, Ireland, 23 09 16

I really needed help to get over a difficult period in my life and just did not feel able to cope on my own. I also just did not feel comfortable sharing my feelings with family and friends and needed someone independent to talk things through with. I felt very supported by Karen and through a very gentle process of being heard and given a little steer I felt able to get my life back on track. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone who needs some help in their life.
