Posture Management £30 - £37
Ask anyone to demonstrate poor posture and they may bring their shoulders forward, round their upper back while over arching their lower back and pressing their tummy forward. Then ask them to show you good posture and most of us would adopt a stiffened stand to attention stance. What and where is good posture? The first poor posture with its rounded back asks the body to consume more energy holding the body up against gravity. Best posture uses the least energy and maintains lines of symmetry centrally and side on. Best side facing posture demonstrates a plumb line down through the ear hole, shoulder, lumbar spine, hip joint, knee and ankle.
Spinal Rehabilitation - Neck and Back Injury
Sports Therapy £30 - £37
Sports Therapy is the manipulation of your bodys surface and deep layers of soft tissues after or before sporting activities. Effective treatment addresses firstly areas that are causing you discomfort and secondly supports your whole body. In this way treatment can have different goals, for example enhancing circulation, reducing pain, relaxation or sports preparation. Massage has powerful effects upon on all of your bodys tissues, but most important is the way massage enhances circulation and the movement of fluid in and around your bodily tissues. The smallest unit of life is the cell. Each of your cells does a vital job, be it building hormones or gobbling-up waste materials. Your well-being then, depends on each cell being supplied with the energy and raw materials it requires to carry out its role. Without suitable circulation the cells in your body will suffer starvation of energy and raw materials. A cell is like a tiny factory, it will produce waste products like lactic acid or free radicals, even when the supply of raw materials slows or stops. This means that waste products accumulate in your tissues, which can then lead to toxicity and discomfort. Massage then, limits this toxic build-up, while treating your bodys tight muscles that allowed toxicity to occur in the first place.

Felt at ease all the way throughJ, UK, 11 02 16

I have been suffering with tendentious in my shoulder for over a month and was desperate to try and get some pain relief. I had acupuncture a few years ago and was pleased with the results. I have had 1 session so far and had some improvement and shoulder isn't as painful. I have another couple of sessions to go and hopefully this will sort out the problem and I can cancel my hospital appointment for an injection. The treatment was quite painful only because of the tendentious and as I had tried to exercise with it made the condition worse. Its worth having it done trust me! Really happy with treatment and staff. Managed to get a late appointment to fit in with work. I didn't feel rushed during the treatment and felt at ease all the way through. I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone.
