Watchetts Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic has been operating in Camberley for the last twelve years and this successful and very friendly practice, managed by Lead Physiotherapist, Jan Hughes MCSP, has now been renamed as “The Physio.” This change of name has also seen additional services such as Therapeutic and Sports Massage being offered to complement the existing Physiotherapy and Acupuncture treatments. This massage service can also be delivered at home, in the workplace or at sporting events. Jan has been qualified for more than twenty five years, having gained extensive experience in the NHS, Occupational Health and Private Medicine Outpatients. Jan and the team of therapists provide a very personal and individual service to all patients.

As we are a mobile service patients are treated in the comfort of their own homes making life as easy as possible. We treat a wide range of conditions from back pain to headaches to sports injuries to arthritis and everything in between explaining exactly the root cause of the pain. Hands on Health is a chiropractic clinic for everyone, from the crying irritable baby, to the busy Mum, to Dad stressed from work. Hands on Health was established in 2000 by Lara Cawthra who has been a chiropractor since 1996. The Osteopathy Partnership clinic is conveniently located between Surbiton and Kingston. Only a 10 minute walk from both stations. There is ample street parking too.

The therapies we are looking at here include physiotherapy, acupuncture and Pilates training. Aware that most of the pains that people seek treatment for arise out of poor working postures, the clinic offers a preventative service known as ergonomic assessment (or simply workstation assessment).
