David is a good guy who really knows what he's doingJoe, glasgow, 06 10 16

Had serious nerve pain and other bad symptoms stiffness for 8-9 years look at scalene brachial Plexus decompression. Saw David and was worried but it went very well And after a neck adjustment and trigger point therapymost of my right side nerve pain went away. David then helped me address other pain areas with accupunture and improve my posture. He has also given me helpful tips on how to proceed. Very good. I've seen numerous physios and specialists and this helped me the most. It's not all About the money and follow up appointments either. David is a good guy who really knows what he's doing.

Posture Management £35 - £55
Conditions arising from bad posture can be helped with osteopathy, but in long term attention must be given to Ergonomics. A first rate chair is the first thing to be fitted. This should fit like a good pair of shoes, this chair should feel just right. The second thing is the desk, which should be fully height adjustable. A difference here of 30mm can make all the difference.A decent bluetooth keyboard and mouse that has the "Ball" on top, so the arm is tension free is essential. There are more modern systems such as Trackpads that are good.Companies such as Osmond Ergonomics can provide excellent products. If you use a computer for your job, it is well worth learning to touch type. This is so you do not have to watch your where your fingers are on the keyboard and your head is not constantly flexed forwards.People who drive long distances should think if their car seat and driving position gives them back or neck pain. If this is the case, consider changing your car for one that gives you a comfortable drive.David offers a service providing a full work station assessment in accordance with the DSE Regulations(1992).
Spinal Rehabilitation - Neck and Back Injury £35 - £55
The neck frequently causes pain. The neck supports the head, which weighs about 10 lbs. The head turns, nods back & forth and bends side to side. The muscles in the neck perform all these fine movements, and also holds the head in all sorts positions. When a vertebra in the neck is moved slightly out of position, small ligaments are over stretched and the muscles in the area then spasm to protect the neck. This is where osteopathic manipulation can put the vertebra into the correct position, and stop this painful muscle spasm.

The pain greatly subsided and I could manage much, much better movement of my left armJohn, UK, 24 01 20

After suffering excruciating shoulder pain on 19th and 20th January, a consultation with Jill Kerr on 21st identified the problem (bursitis?) and enabled a very quick improvement. The pain greatly subsided and I could manage much, much better movement of my left arm. I had a further visit on 23rd and the cost has been £104. This is the best money I have ever spent! This is not my usual physio but I was unable to drive and this Clinic is close to home. I would highly recommend Jill, and in fact, did so to a friend in the pub yesterday as his wife is having some shoulder problems.

Suffering from almost daily severe headachesGraham, Edinburgh, 02 06 17

I was suffering from almost daily severe headaches. Tried everything from Physio, Osteopath, Homeopathy and Pain Management (Drugs) therapies. I knew the pain always originated from the neck upwards. I have now received 4 sessions from Laura at Morningside Chiropractic Clinic. This has resulted in a massive improvement with headaches now far less frequent and my neck has little or no pain. Great value and I now believe in "Healing Hands" I chose Morningside Chiropractic Clinic after an internet search and favorable reviews from this site. I was able to get a 1st assessment and treatment appointment the day after my initial phone call. First impressions.....professional, caring, thorough and confidence in Laura. I would highly recommend this Clinic and receiving Chiropractor treatment as the first point of call for Back, Neck and Muscle Pain.

Suffering from RSS I attended clinic I was given excellent advise and treatment. As far as I was concerned it was excellent value for money. A very professional approach with no time wasting. A professional setting with a caring approach . I chose this particular clinic because it was close at hand and I had dealings with them in the past in Edinburgh. Gently manipulated my knee and backJane, Bathgate, 12 04 16

Thorough consultation about my particular problem which was very reassuring. Therapist answered any questions I had. She engaged in general conversation which also put me at ease. The premises were clean and welcoming. I felt comfortable with my treatment which was both verbal and hands on. The therapist gently manipulated my knee and back. We then discussed exercises which I could do at home to strengthen my knee but also what I should avoid doing.
