Our highest priority at Postural Health is to make our patients comfortable
and ensure they’re given the time and attention they need, as well as providing
them with the most appropriate treatment
to achieve their desired goals. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and
professionalism in order to ensure that patients get the highest level of
service. We endeavour to
answer all calls between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, we will
always try our best to answer any questions and give advice over the phone when
needed.
The staff at
Postural Health will use their many years of experience from the NHS and
private sector, to address any neuro musculoskeletal concerns or injuries in an
effective and cost efficient manner. We use our excellent patient-centred
service to promote full recovery from injuries and long term conditions. In
order to achieve this, our staff use the most up to date techniques available and
attend regular training courses.
On your first visit to our clinic you will receive a full
assessment, allowing us to understand your previous levels of functional
fitness and ability, the mechanism of injury and any specific work-related
issues. It is recommended that you wear shorts and a vest top to allow a
thorough examination. We will also require a list of any medication that
you may be taking. We will aim to perform a basic treatment following the
assessment and also to give you advice and/or exercises to perform at home to
aid your recovery.
If using health insurance we would
recommend that you inform the company that you are intending to attend private
physiotherapy as some insurance company's require a GP referral and will not
settle invoices without their authorisation. Any excess on health
insurance policies will be charged to the patient.
Any missed appointments will also be charged
directly to the patient.
