I am a qualified Massage therapist and I have a small  clinic in Mullingar that offers Massage therapies, these include Holistic Massage, Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage, I am also qualified in and offer Reflexology and Aromatherapy, I also have certificates in Client care and professionalism.I Graduated from college in June 2011 with Distinctions and credits, from  there I started working from home but  carried on my studies in Reflexology and Aromatherapy, I graduated in 2013, since then i have come to realise that there is a real need for a smaller more relaxed but professional type of clinic, one where clients can enjoy all the benefit from a treatment whether it is for relaxation or for help with injuries/pain but with out all the hustle and bustle of larger Spas and clinics.

We, Adrian and Susanne studied Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Germany. Until late 1995 we managed our own Clinics in Germany, when we then decided to move to Ireland.  The core competency of AST is Day Care Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at the highest international level. My name is John and I trained for five years at the world-famous British School of Osteopathy where I was awarded a Master’s in Osteopathy. I gained a wealth of experience treating sports people with muscle strains, office and construction workers with neck and back pain and the elderly with age-related conditions. I hold a diploma in sports massage from the London School of sports massage which I include in my treatments along with dry needling if necessary. I also like to include a special relaxation technique during my treatments which helps people destress and improve their mood. Treating sports people comes naturally to me. Having come from a strong sporting background I represented Longford in GAA at county level from schoolboy up to the inter-county senior panel. I also played Basketball at the National league level. I like to relax by meditating and like to practice what I preach by keeping a good diet and maintaining fitness levels through walking and swimming. I am passionate about my profession and treat a range of issues including back pain, neck pain, shoulder hip and knee pain. Helping patients return to what they enjoy doing is my goal and I thoroughly enjoy the process of guiding and advising each patient along their journey to recovery.
