I hold a B.A. (Hons) degree in Psychology and a MSc in Health Psychology with additional qualifications in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Diet and Nutrition (ITEC).  I am qualified in Reflexology in Pregnancy and Childbirth (MRTP I), Fertility Reflexology (Sarah Holland, Fertility Reflexology Network), Reflexology in Cancer Care, Craniosacral therapy I and II, Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage TM, and Dietary Counselling (IHS).  I offer treatments in Reflexology including Cranio Sacral Reflexology (CSR), Aroma-Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology (Fertility/Pregnancy/Post-natal), Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage, Dietary Counselling, Reiki/Intuitive Healing. My main areas of interest include supporting women across their natural cycles through fertility, pregnancy and menopause. Catherine Tolan is a second generation acupuncturist and holds both a Diploma and Licentiate in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. She graduated from the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland where she trained with acupuncture masters such as Dr. Fenyi Mang, Dr. Wu Ji Dong and Professor Jin Huide.
