Dry Needling is a treatment for muscle pain. It is a quick safe way of eliminating knots in muscles, and relieving tension from those tight muscles. Knee Treatment Excellent professional service. The lady is highly intelligent and experienced. She is completely thorough in her treatment. She explains everything in detail and most importantly she fixed my knee injury. She is very pleasant and lovely to deal with. She is priced very reasonable and she is honest, for example, if she feels one visit was enough to treat the problem then she doesn’t try to mislead you and bring you back for her financial gain like others physio’s do. I was so impressed by Alan and his team. Following a car accident, I was in a lot of pain and suffering. From the first visit, I felt I was really listened to. Alan identified Costochondritis as one of my issues and worked on my rib cage area. That was someplace to start. I also have a number of injuries, cervical and thoracic pain and Alan identified a muscle weakness that had led to my shoulder blade moving. This was causing so much pain and over a number of weeks with suitable exercises and physiotherapy Alan had the muscles stronger and the shoulder blade back in place. Over the years I have attended Physios who give you moves to do but don't massage the muscles. This is where LL differs. I would recommend Alan in Laurel Lodge Physio. I am so glad that I started my recovery here.
