Have been thinking of FUE for few years, reading reading forums/ reviews and then becoming confused and undecided. Finally, just took the decision to book with Estepera and had the the HT done. They offer really good value for the service they provide, other clinics are providing inferior services and charging much higher prices. The price includes airport pick up, the pick up / drop offs, from the clinic to the hotel and back, hotel stay. Its a complete package you get which is very well organised. Very friendly, informative, you feel well taken care off, and very happy with the results so far. I spent a very long time (years) reading forums and just dreaming of a HT minus the courage to make the choice and go through with it. Gives you the opportunity to speak to other people there who have had the surgery which was very re-assuring for me. It is recommended not to smoke for a few days after the surgery as smoking affects the blood flow to the grafts. I'd stopped smoking a week before the surgery, feeling and looking good and hope I've kicked the nasty habit for life. What I spend in smoking every year is more then the cost of the transplant!

Wasn't too sure what to expect, however was relieved when we reached to see the clinic is based in a proper hospital setting and not in a apartment in a private building! Very happy with the service i received. Airport / hotel pick up and drop of were puntual and well organised. This is a professional clinic providing a very high quality treatment package. The surgery was pain free, except the few injections at the beginning. post surgery care was explained very well. Staff are brilliant, very helpful. very pleased with my results so far, the treatment and choice of clinic. very impressed with the result so far. Arrived at the Clinic around 8am on the surgery day. Surgery commenced about 9am to 4pm. Went very smooth and pain free. Language was not a problem, they have English speaking staff.

If you are worried about having this procedure please read on. Firstly I hate needles/doctors/hospitals etc. I have fortunately not had to spend much time myself doing any of the above. So for me to take the plunge was a big ask. Thankfully I had nothing to worry about. Here is the complete and frank experience I had. Firstly you will be picked up at the airport. Taken to your lovely hotel next to the hospital. You will then have your blood sample taken. The next morning you will have a superb choice at breakfast. Then off to the hospital.Lovely coordinators will be waiting for you in the lobby.You will then be taken to the operating theatre. You will meet the doctor and staff. Agree what areas you want covering and where your hairline will be. The only little bit of pain was the first couple of minutes when they numb the harvesting area of hair. This is caused by the injections. But subsides after appx 2 minutes. Occasionally when taking the hair an area would still be a bit sensitive. So I put my hand up, and they will inject that spot to completely numb it. This happened maybe twice during the several hours of the operation. So nothing to worry about. I had my double crown area and front hairline done. It took maybe 6hrs or so. And I stopped for a spot to eat during the procedure. I was not in any pain. I can only recommend this to anyone who wants normal or a better hair style. Its 5 months on now and I can already see a massive difference. Cant wait for the full effect in another 7 months. I look younger now.

The hospital is private and very high class. The injections for the pain are probably the worst but the day after the operation is fine with no pain. I chose Estepera because of the professional impression it made in the presentation. We got picked up at the airport by a professional driver and brought to the hotel. The chosen hotel was acceptable, and very conveniently located in 2 minute walking distance to the hospital. It can't be closer.
Overall it was a great experience, a professional handling of organization and procedure, and I am expecting excellent results. In comparison to my previous procedures I experiences no swelling (the IV given and good use of Ice helped, I suppose) I can really highly recommend this clinic for the great results and I sure you will have.
