I flew from Canada to Turkey for a hair transplant and Mercure exceeded all my expectations. I was definitely nervous heading over on a 13 hour flight for the procedure, but the team did a great job reassuring me and staying connected the whole time. Once I arrived, the translators and doctors were all extremely friendly and were very attentive to my needs. The service was exceptional, and they went out of their way many times to help me. Since the journey was so long, they even covered an extra night in the hotel for me. I definitely felt like my procedure and treatment was of the utmost priority to them. During the process they walked me through all the steps, listened to my questions, and worked through everything with me.
