Most impressive was the post-op care via WhatsApp. I have very dry skin, and they worked with me to find solutions to help remove the scabs, which were very difficult to get off. If you have dry skin, I would recommend doing the following in advance of the surgery: Buy an extra bottle of the foam from Dr. Cinik. Letting the foam stay on your head for one hour before shampooing is the key to removing scabs. Buy a bottle of saline solution spray to help keep the donor area skin moist. I would definitely buy the aloe vera gel from Dr. Cinik, as it helped my donor area, which had some seriously itchy days. It has been one month since my surgery, and I am anxious for the shock loss to pass and to see my new hair start growing.
