All good in transplant I made my transplant hair this week and everything was allright, doctor Ramazan and Levent made me confort and Guven are giving me good support in post operatory. I was recommended DrCinik by a colleague at work who had it done. His results after 6 months were amazing so I booked up. I went for the Sapphire FUE primary package. The sales team were very helpful in picking a package that was suitable for me. The booking process was smooth and painless. There was a delay on my part in getting around to getting the procedure done but the clinic was very accommodating in this. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. The pick-up at the airport was smooth and I was taken straight away to get my initial blood and check-up done. This was quick and efficient. The hotel was perfectly acceptable for what I needed after a long flight. Up early the next day for the procedure. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the process of getting from arriving at the clinic to going in was very quick and efficient. The procedure, even with the painless anaesthetic did hurt a bit more than I was expecting at first but once the anaesthetic started to take effect it was no problem. A simple lunch then continue. To be honest, the next bit was a bit of a blur with some of the medication. The good thing is you fall asleep through a lot of the process. When I woke up they were nearly finished with 4500 grafts implanted. I was cleaned up and bandaged up. The staff were very good and took time to make sure everything was fine before discharging me. I went back to the hotel with the driver had a small meal and got some sleep. The clinic provided me with painkillers through the night. The next morning I was picked up again and taken to the clinic. The nurses removed my bandages and cleaned my head. I was given laser treatment and issued my care package of shampoo, medication etc. Then off to the airport I followed the instructions given by the staff and the aftercare leaflets and online videos. I was requested to submit photos of my scalp for the team to check. All in all the aftercare was very good even though conducted from thousands of miles away. The team at the clinic were always available. I would certainly recommend Dr CINIK and his team. I feel it was good value for money in comparison to other clinics that I considered.
